I'm not sure how it is supposed to work, but you'll probably have about 1 million ppl ready to help here really soon! I wouldn't worry. Paul runs a great business & a great site!
Wish I had something more to contribute, doug

sorry man, still havent had a chance to get instructions made yet, it is really simple though, I'll see if I can get them made up tonight, we only do on-line instructions rather than printing out a million copies and going through a thousand printer cartridges.
Basically, the front plates slide in place and bolt to the stock upper shock mounting holes, but leave everything loose until you get the bolts in place in the new mounting hole with the shocks in place, then you can tighten everything.
the rear goes at the bottom of the shocks, the holes will all line up with the holes in your stock mud guards that you have to remove during the install. The larger rear plates go towards the back of the machine, the small oval shaped piece goes towards the front of the ATV and there is a hole for that 8mm bolt to go through that prevents the lift kit from rotating. There are also some washers in the kit that can be used between the larger rear plate and the a-arm to prevent it from bending since the mounting surface is actually a little bit away from the tubing on the a-arm.
Here are some of the front pictures with the k,it being installed.
