Can you fab up a different bolt pattern using wheel spacers? Example, I have a can-am with one bolt pattern (4-137??). Can you fab a spacer for this machine that transforms it to a new pattern, say 4-110 or 4-115?? I have other rims and tires that I would like to fit on it but the bolt pattern is different.

Thats actually the only kind of wheel spacers I will make. The standard spacers with the same bolt patterns are very cheap price wise compared to mine though. But then again, the ones I make are always oddballs, being like yours with a 4/137 to a ??? or a 4/156 to a ??? etc etc.

So yes, I can make them, they take a few weeks to get made as it takes me a week to get the material I need if my supplier even has it in stock. Then I need to draw it all up in CAD but I think I already made a set of 137 to 110 before so that will save me a little bit of time.

I charge the following....
1" Wide
$80 Can. each
$70 U.S. each

Shipping included.

Well, I have a 06 BRP outlander 800. The rims I have fit a Yamaha Wolverine. I believe the that Yami has a 4-110 bolt pattern, correct me if I'm wrong. I'm not sure yet how much spacing I would need to fit the 800 to get the clearence I need. One inch might be all. Might still need to measure. Any suggestions?

Ask Polaris 700 about where to get rims, he got me a set of new ss106s for my outty 800 for less than $280. You could buy some wheels and sell your Yamaha wheels maybe?

OK. Just measured today. 4 One inch spacers - 4-137 (can/am) to 4-110 bolt pattern for the Yamaha rims I have to put on. I didn't have a metric tape measure but the bolt holes are 3 inches apart. So is 110 right? If so I'm ready to order

3" side to side or 3" across the middle from one to another?

3" center to center

well thats about 75 mm's if you go center of 1 hole and right across the center hole in the rime and to the center of the opposite hole. If its 110mm bolt circle, the to opposing bolt holes from center to center will be just a tiny bit under 4-3/8", the exact measurment would be 4.330"

+......+
....O....
+......+

Picture the + signs as the bolt holes and the O as the center hole in the wheel, if you measure from the dead center of the 2 red + signes, thats your bolt circle, that should be 4.330" (just a hair under 4-3/8") if its for a yamaha 4/110 rim.
