Here's my grilled prime rib for today. And tomorrow.

Kinda a funny story actually. My great aunt, her friends, and I went out to a brunch today and were the last people there at the end of the brunch.
The owner of the restaurant was the meat carver. He had already given me about a 1.5" thick slab of prime rib. They were taking down all the food and the owner asked if I wanted a bit more prime rib. I said sure. He gave me the remaining slab of beef. So I brought it home and sliced it up and grilled it. Good meat.
