This has to be the best mod out there for the Rincon unless you drive at high speeds a lot. I have 30" Gorilla Silverbacks and turn them over with power to spare. This machine has turned out a lot better than I thought it would. The first things to break after the upgrades was the front axles. Now that they are changed, watch out!

I have some video's but I have satellite internet so uploading is not a possibility. I plan to take some more within the next couple of weeks at a lower resolution and give that a try.
I had some transmission problems that were not related to the BRGR. It would not go into 3rd gears at all and it turned out to be a defective case side. The shaft that holds the gears had wollard out a hole and made it egg shaped and the shaft was moving. It was all warranty work. That was there before the BRGR was done.
Presidentail Grizz, The Big Bore Kit is a 710 made by Thumper Racing and Hot Cams Mudd Pro Cam.
Johnathan, You really don't want to know. I'm scared to add it all up!!! But, I can tell you this! This is one bad machine now and I do not regret doing it. I did at 1st, but not now that it's right... I'm going to enjoy making a lot of people eat their words about Honda Rincon's. Everyone who has seen it in action is impressed. My Buddy who has a Polaris 500HP, Said it is Bad Ass... If I could wheelie it good, would be nice but I'm worried about it flipping over backwards. That is one big machine with all the goodies on there. I will be going to Boggs & Boulders next weekend and on the 4th of July weekend. I will post any updates.

All I can say is Awesome! More power than you would guess! 1st Big Bore Kit I screwed up by trying to climb something that kept the Rinny pointing almost straight up. That caused the cylinder to score because of lack of Oil. The angle would not allow the oil to properly cool or lubricate the cylinder. Anyway, With all that said, She is ready to go once again. This time a new cylinder was purchased and sent to Thumper Racing and they bored and set up the kit. Big difference. Now I'm in the process of getting an After Market Oil Cooler mounted on top of the Radiator relocation kit. I have gotten the Oil way to hot on sever different occasions and that made the clutch slip. I will post the results.:typing:
