I have this 700 Grizzly rad relocation kit that I need to test out on a machine.

I should have a sportsman 800 kit done very early next week that will need to be test fitted on a machine.

I should have a 04 500 sportsman kit done soon too, if your interested, let me know.

Local to my area only please, I really want to be there to either do the install or at least assist with it to figure out exactly what hardware is needed, hoses, and any possible improvements.

These test kits are not yet powder coated, so after we have made sure everything is a-ok, I will get it powder coated for you. I will have far more than $100 into each kit with everything included (rad hose is not cheap LOL), barb's, hardware, etc and the cost to get them powder coated, BUT I would like to offer the kits for testing for $100

Maybe one of these years I'll get back to Texas for another ride, maybe mud nats or something.

Your shifter should be done on Monday, hope it works out for you ;)

Received my kit in two business days like you said. (iguess that`s the benefit of living in Canada and only about 160 miles away) I guess Canada Post got the big horses out! I`ll post some pics of my bike with the Rad Relocate kit on it, after I get it back from the dealer. I should have had it by now but you know how Polaris gets their parts out (slow boat to China) I just have to figure out how I can post anything on here.by itself, and then adding a picture to it is going to be another task. I`m not the most computer savy person when it comes to posting something, I might have to get my 11 year old daughter to show me!:canada:

Easiest way is to get a free Photobucket account and put the pics there, then then just copy the IMG file from there into a post here.

we are going to try and track the guy down today through emails and see if he got it installed yet, he likely just got it a few days ago but I will let you know. You needed one for your buddies 700 right? Where are you guys located?

Just got off the phone with my guy using the 800 kit on the 700, the rad fit perfectly with his 06 700.

Sorry I didn't see this Paul. I could have told you from past experience that the 700 & 800 radiators are the exact same radiator, take the same frames and all.

you will pretty much loose the enclosure by putting the rad up there, unless you find a way to run the hoses through the front bumper area, not a good idea in my opinion as it leaves them to exposed when crashing through the bush. We can maybe work something out, how close to the Falls are you?
