I'm just buggin ya LOL I've got 15" with stock axles on borrowed time. The rears are Gorillias and the fronts will be soon. Your front lifts are great, but I can run any size spring in the front. If you want I can e-mail the plans I made them from, but I went with a 1 1/4" lift and then EPI HD springs.

Todd, I am pretty sure what your front would look like. You can run any size with mine too as long as you tell me what springs you would be using ;)
My front Ranger spacers will fit the Ranger springs and the HL springs, my standard sportsman front spacers will fit any sportsman springs or the EPI heavy duty springs. All of with fit onto the struts perfectly of the Sportsman or the Ranger.

:D :D :D
Listen, heres why I have those, okay, are you ready....
10th wedding aniversary, I was not in Niagara Falls with my lovely wife, I was at the mud nats for a week gettin it muddywith the guys from All Terrain TV.
11th wedding anniversary, again, not home with the lovely Mrs Rubberdown, no I was in Amsterdam with my boss and a couple co-workers looking at some new machinery for our shop....and of course we had to stop at some of the "coffee" shops while we were in town, tour the Hienekin brewery etc etc.
This Valentines day (did I mention my wife is a holiday fanatic) I'll be in Indy for the great big ATV dealer expo with guys from All Terrain Television.
I miss almost every Thanksgiving since I started moose hunting about 6 years ago.
After all this, I still have my own balls, she hasnt even tried to rip them off yet, so I need to show EVERYONE out that that doesnt have the lovely wife like I do, that yes, YES I got a big set of brass ones LOL

Ok you win. Closer inspection of your pics reveals that yes you do have the bigger set, and you will always win. I bow down to the great RD :)
If I had've know about your lifts, I would never have stood at the lathe for so long building my own, but you never know untill you try right?? Where did you get started? Do you work at a machine shop?

Yup, I started at a shop right out of highschool, did an apprenticship for a "Machinist/Precision Grinder" (no longer available with that title) and that was 18 years ago this summer. Pretty much the only time I actually do any machining on the lathe, saw, mills or whatever anymore is for my own stuff, or the odd fixture I might need for a job at work. Now I supervise most of the shop and I have been programming and running 5 axis CNC tool and cutter grinders making cutting tools, like solid carbide endmills, drills and step drills, step and form tools etc etc mostly for high production high tolorance machining in the automotive industry.
If you use a lathe, you must have a machining background as well????

I had some steel 15's and didnt like them, mostly because they were so heavy. I actually the 12's a lot better but these were a killer deal.

Kinda, My Dad has his own heavy equipment and truck shop, and he has a lathe in the shop. I basically grew up in the shop with him making tools and stuff for him. I took a metal shop class in high school, but never got too interersted in it. Now I'm a licensed mechanic at the local Ford store, and machining is just a hobby.
