I don't know yamaha, but I know abernathys, and if that's where he bought it or trying to take it for work, then that is where his problem lays.

mines a 2009 rhino 700fi and you cant blame the dealer there at the hands of the Yamaha warranty gods! and yes my warrantys still good ,well at least it was i thought!then they tell you they don't make money on yamaha parts I have proof they make 100%ps yes i am pissed at Yamaha motor crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!and there bs warranty.:rapture:

You can try calling Yamaha directly but it really depends on what is broken.What is the problem and ill talk to someone i know in the shop at Abernathys Brian guy i know can see if there is a way around refusals

Well, they didn't do me much good on a Polaris I bought there, and I saw many others there Honda and yamaha that had the same problems with that dealer.
I've got no use for them.
You can say the warranty is bad, but when the dealers are shitty and only care about volume, and not much on customer relations, then that's what ya get.
They're a high volume dealer, and once they got their sell, they don't give two cents after that.

motor mount bolt broke off inside the motor, maybe has 10hrs on the unit. and abernathys is being great about the whole thing, got into with town in country in murray about honoring the warranty. me and wes are going to try and fix it this evening, if not i told the guy at abernathys it would be there tomorrow evening.
