That looks like a beef loin if I'm not mistaken. Looks good. Is that a smoker or just a grill?

You really suck Steve.
I got hooked on the fresh ones from Appalachicola when I lived down there.
Also went snorkeling a lot and got bags and bags of scallops in just a few hours.

Do yall ever cook your pigs in the ground in a pit?
Rebel64

That's the only way I've had them cooked. Tended many of the pits while in the AirForce.

We cooked a pig in the ground for new years! Man that was good but we got too drunk.
We did one a while back on a spit with a rotissarie (I suck at spelling) and it was less work to start with but you have to keep the coals to it all night and we had a hard time staying up!
We cooked a turkey last week like a "drunk chicken" but we used a smoker and a tall boy BUD!
