What type amp is everyone running in there audio pipe?

I am looking to get the most out of this thing as possible. I see most people run the pyramids and stuff but I want more than that if possible.

I have never seen an amp over 250 watts that would fit in the 6inch pipe. We run Phonix Digital because they seem to be just as good as any other 200+ watt amp we have used and only 25.00 dollars new from American Pawn shop. I know of about 10-12 boxes they are currently in and no problems in the past year or so we have been using them. BOSS is the worst I haved had, for size atleast. Good Luck!!!

I had a boss in my old tube and it was decent I just want more out of it if possible.
Do you have the model number for the phonix?
Is anyone running the mitzu or phase linear or any of these amps. I'm just trying to find the best one out there.

Yeah I have a Mitzu 300 watt in a 4" tube. Seems to do the job just fine for me.

It looks like the pyramid has the most wattage of all of them from what I can tell but I could be wrong

I'm running a Pyramid in mine. The fit is just right and it has plenty of power.

look at the RMS instead of wattage......might say 250 watts, but only be pushin 20-30 rms... per channel.

a decent 200 watt amp will be in the 50-70 rms per channel, which will push the speakers better without distorting that much.
