Thanks to our very own Froogle for the design, Melissa and I think it turned out pretty good. Here you go Kev, hope it turned out how you pictured it.

As of right now, I am NOT sure what ATV's will be able to use this one since it is rather tall. I will look at the RZR, the 850XP, the 04 500HO and the Prairie 700 in the morning, and look at Swampthings XMR tomorrow or sunday to see if it will bolt up to any of these without interference from body surrounding the winch fairlead.

Looks like it'll fit the Kingquads with no problem!

Which is important...because you know there are so many of us on the site here

that is sure nice. i don't think it will work on the 550's and 850's though. should be no problem on the older sportsmans.

Turned out pretty cool Paul, thanks and thanks guys. Didn't give much thought about the height. My old tank has the winches way out in front and rear. It's about an inch taller than the flamed one, sheeet!

On the older Sportsmans...with a little mounting modification of the winch...and some creative trimming...I bet it would look great...

I think I got some ideas for some of the "tighter" situations with some nice beefy aluminum spacers behind the bracket ;)

Well...I'll be honest, I wasnt too keen on the drawing when Kev showed it to me BUT after seeing it finished, I might have a slightly used flame fairlead for sale from my 850....

I am going to see if my CNC Mill guy can maybe get them anodized black for me, then machine the engraving afterwards, and maybe not mill all the way through the nose and eyes, but only 1/4" deep or something like that and also do that after anodizing.

That would be sweet. Drill the eyes for LEDs. Let us know man.

I'd like to see it in black aswell, the line would show up better.

what are they going to cost? any way to have them cut with more of a 3D look to make it pop out a bit more??? how about some small cut ones like a key chain thing with R.D.C cut into the back. just a thought.

Rubberdown

Ya, think I'm gonna go same as the flame ones, so $60 in Canada, plus $5 to ship it and any applicable taxes depending on province.

Hey Paul, will that slightly used flame fairlead fit on a 4000lb. winch on an 07 sportsman 800?

Rubberdown

What brand 4000 pounder is it? The Warn 4000 has a larger fairlead, the Viper and most others use the standard 4-7/8" mounting hole pitch.
