I got a new rear diff cover cover in at the dealer for the Prowler 1000 that I need to pick up for some reverse engineering. I also want to give the 09 Mud Pro front diff cover to my programmer and see what he can do with it. This front cover will be a lot more work due to all the extra business going on with it but we will try and make it work for you Kitty Cat fellas!

Whaaa. Jk buddy. Thanks Cap'n, keep up the great work. Those fronts will literaly be awsome. No more worries at all in the pits. Just axles, and cats got that figured out as well. Gorilla had to come out with an even stronger axle when the nnew cat axles came out. saweeet.

Now here's my question......are the front side covers different for the electric diff lock and the cable diff lock?

yeah quik they are. i have a front diff cover for a cable diff lock and its diff than my MP cover. The bolt holes dont even line up among other things that are different

I have the front diff cover off an 09 mud pro, this will be our first cover for the fronts, then if there are different ones, as I suspected and already stated above, I will look at getting one of those as well so I can cover all you cat guys ;)

I have a front cover w/ no bike for it to go on. I'll give it to ya if you knock a little off the price of a front cover when i order one. I need front alot worse than i need a rear cover. My front cover is cracked but i got make shift fix goin on right now.

Sorry guys, not yet, we have the prowler rears on the go right now along with more rear ATV covers. I hope to get the fronts done in the next couple of weeks.

My RDC rear cover seems to be holding up great to the TCat... I can't wait for an update on the fronts!

the fronts just might be in my hands on Monday night, there was a bit of a programming error so the first cover had a hole out of position by about 0.004" and it would not pass my inspection. Did you see the pics of it I posted?

Nope. I've been to busy lately. Went to Nats and haven't even had time for repairs yet! I broke one front axle, throttle cable is really stiff(can barely operate it with thumb at all!), water pump is leaking, and a tire leaks down.

Other than that it did great. I pulled many a wheeler and SXS out of the mud while there so the Promark Winch got a workout. I could easily go places others couldn't. I guess the extra power helped to clean out the tires?

The broken axle came on the last day. I was crossing a creek and got caught up on some roots I couldn't see on the far bank. The right front grabbed a root at about 1/4 throttle and that was it for 4WD for the rest of the day!

I will be in California for the rest of the month and will not have internet. I might get a little here and there on my phone maybe?
