LOL...Got the HMF Utility w/Optimizer installed today. We did my friend's 2011 Grizzly 700 HMF Performance Series at the same time:horn:. The Rincon is SOOO much louder than the Grizzly...or just about anything else in the woods. Honda's just have that POP :boom:...not exactly what I was going for. May have to wear an earplug in my right ear:crutch:
....and IT DIDN'T HELP MY STALLING PROBLEM AT ALL:frusty:. It did, however, contribute to me hauling ass around the sand pit, making all kinds of noise, and:smokin: doing stunts until I broke a lower ball joint. Miller light was ABSOLUTELY not involved ....because I drink Budwieser :)
Acting a damned fool, and now I can't ride Sunday...any heavy duty ball joint suggestions?

they make a quiet core that helps, but it'll clog up if you go deep

Yeah...you could have asked anyone here...and they would have told you that the Rincon with an HMF is just about the loudest thing in the woods.
I had one on mine when I had it and I was always required to be the last bike in our group.

Yep, its LOUD, and don't even think about removing the spark arrestor cause you'll find yourself with ear problems Lol. The only bikes that are louder than mine around town are sports quads.

spark arrestor?? That thing stayed in the box :) Hard to catch the woods on fire when 90% of the trails are under water.

Haha, good point! Lol I did the same thing too when i first put the HMF on, but then i bought my audiopipe and even with 500W speakers i couldnt hear a thing passed 50km/h, so i decided to put it back.

Watching my friends buy parts for thier Brutes and Grizzlies, I have actually been supprised at how reasonable Honda parts have been compared to other OEM. Maybe 10+ year production runs help with that, too
