The washers should both fit if you place them in front of the holes before the bolt slides through rather than putting the 1st one on the bolt before putting the bolt in and putting the second one on the bolt after the bolt is in place. I wont lie to you, its a tight fit to get the washers in place but they "should" bit if placed in place prior to inserting the bolt.
the little bit of play is common, look at my youtube video showing the different from one side of the new XMR to the other with the same lift block being used on both sides.
You should be good to go ;)

I saw the video and I think I have about half the movement of the xmr. Is that still normal? In the video it says the slop or movement is not good. Can someone post a video of a normal amount of movement?

I'm hearing alot a front end clanging and banging! Sounds like a quad with shot wheel bearings. My mounts are moving more than a half inch! And they also are twisting slightly back and forth. What should I do, add washers to the inside on the sides of shock?
Also how do I get rid of all this slop I have?
