Ball Joint problems

My bro in law has a 07 Cat with 2in lift and highlifter springs 14 in wheels with 30 in backs. The last 2 trips have had lower ball joint issues, so i suppose my questions would be is this a problem with the cats or what. He replaced all the ball joints and ordered new bolts from artic cat, it seems to be a bad design the threads are getting worn off the bolts allowing the ball joint to come off the spindal we almost had a mess both times it has happend, even with new stuff 1 ride about 16 miles and same problem. We have a solution for the problem just wanted to see if anybody else has had the same issues, and whats yalls advise.

Had a few guys with issues with All Balls Ball joints but not Cat ones...maybe try a higher grade after market bolt or a stainless one?

OEM are the good ones for the Cats. Is something bent or? Should get at least 500 HARD miles on em. Some guys get thousands.

After time the threads dont hold tight enough on the spindle so i ran longer bolts through with lock washers and nuts on the other end and crank them tight. Mine dont come out and for the love of ur quad dont put those allballs crap in your cat unless you want to end up face planting.
