Hey man, thanks for all your help! I got my tires on last week and everything looks good. UPS delivered my spacers this morning so I'll have to put them on tonight. Here is an album I created if you care to look: http://www.rubberdowncustoms.ca/foru...php?albumid=87

    Thanks again,
    Doug

yup i went with 1.5" all around. plus i have ranger springs in the front. i had to grind the struts. just used an angle grinder and then smoothed and polished it with a flapper wheel. i ground out enough that when the quad is sitting on the lift i could fit my hand between the boot and strut. i went over board this time because on my old 500 i didn't do enough and ripped a couple boots and had to take it all apart agaian.

Hi, your machine is looking better and better every time you post, I ended up buying an 08-800 but in the Sunset Red, did you have to grind the struts to add the 1 1/2" lift on the front, I'm assuming you went 1 1/2" all around, tks

Hi, I'm looking at exactly the same machine as you have, got a price of 8200 + tax, just wondering if that is a good price, tks, no winch
