These replacement cover plates add a LOT more protection to your Radiator, coupled with our OPTIONAL Perforated Steel Screen and its practically bullet proof! Our logo is always in stock and optional logos or complete custom designs can be created.

Custom Rad Re-Location Kits
These are just some of the "Custom" cut rad kits we have done so far. We are currently taking on new "Custom" designs to suit YOUR needs!
Custom kits will be priced on a "per kit basis" and will usually take 3+ weeks on average to be made and powder coated.
All Custom kits already designed - $289Cdn.
All NEW designs start at $289 Cdn. to start and go up depending on your design requirements.
The easier the graphics are, the easier it is for me to make you your Custom kit. A black and white picture or outline makes it much easier, a DXF or DWG file make it Extremely easy to do and keep the cost as close to the base price as possible. Final price can be discussed before we begin to build you your kit. Custom kits can only be made for the existing models we have Rad Kits for. Shipping is not included
    
Upgrade your Rad Relocation kit
with the 18 gauge Perforated Steel Screen. You can take it in bare steel and paint it to your color of choice for $25 (most screens), OR we can have it powder coated for you in the basic colors for a total of $30 (most screens). Please note that the powder coating may delay your Rad kit up to 2 or 3 weeks depending on the color you choose. PLEASE NOTE: The screens for the Gen 1 Can Am Outlanders, Gen 1 XMR Tilting style kit, 2013 + XMR Screens and Commander/Maverick screens are $35 Bare metal and $40 Powder Coated
Rubberdown Customs, or its owners, will not be held responsible for any damage to your machine, or personal injury as a result of adding one of our products to your machine. With any lift kit, big or small, the center of gravity on the machine is increased and caution must be taken when riding.
Any product that does not meet your satisfaction can be returned within 15 days for a refund less 20%, this 20% is only to cover the cost of shipping and handling on our end and possibly re-powder coating or re-anodizing the items to refurbish them for re-sale, HOWEVER, on anything made completely custom, such as conversion wheel spacers for example, or custom laser engraved parts, there is no return policy on items like this, these custom “made to order” items are made to your specifications and we would not be able to re-sell these types of items. If any part of our lift kit ever breaks, we will rectify the problem immediately and re-send you a replacement part ASAP, we have yet to do this as we build the strongest ATV lift kits you will ever find in a 1-1/2” to 3” size range.
